| Chopped Pecans | 1.5 cups | Reserve 1.2 cup for rolling |
| Cream Cheese | 24 Oz | |
| Accent | 1 Tbsp | This is MSG, sold as Ac’cent today |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 2 tbsp | |
| Horseradish | 1 tbsp | Optional |
Method
- Let cheese and cream cheese come to room temperature
- 1 cup chopped pecans and cheese.
- Add Accent, Worcershire Sauce, and horseradish (if using) to mixture
- Shape into one large ball
- Roll in remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- Chill until ready to serve
