Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
White Vinegar 1/3 cup  
Cold Water 1/3 cup  
Sugar 2 Tbsp  
Salt 1 tsp  
Cucumber 1 7-8 incehs long
Onion 1 med-lg Spanish Sweet Onion

Method

  1. In container sti vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
  2. Pare cucumber thinly
  3. Run sharp tines of fork lengthwise through cucumber
  4. Slice cucumber very thin
  5. Peel onion
  6. Slice onion thin
  7. Separate onion into rings
  8. Add cucumber and onion to marinade
  9. Cover
  10. Chill at least 2 hours before serving

Notes

  • Serve with slotted spoon
