Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Brocolli 1 head May substitute 1 package frozen
Salt 2 tsp  
Bacon 3 strips Fried in pieces
Butter 1 Tbsp  
Parmesan 4 Tbsp  

Method

  1. Soak fresh brocolli in cold salted water for 1 minutes
  2. Drain
  3. Cook about 20 minutes until almost tender
  4. While brocolli is cooking break up bacon into pieces and fry
  5. When brocooli is done drain it well
  6. Remove bacon from it’s grease
  7. Add butter to bacon pan
  8. Saute brocolli in bacon grease and butter until slightly browned
  9. Add bacon pieces and sprinkle with parmesan
