Mayonnaise | 1 cup | Blue Ribbon Mayonnaise |
Onion | 1 | Chopped fine |
Green Pepper | 1/4 cup | Chopped Fine |
Parmesan | 1 cup | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Butter | ||
Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Butter baking dish
- Wash squash
- Cut into chunks
- Cook tender
- Drain
- Chop Onion and Green Pepper fine
- Beat eggs
- Add onion, Green Pepper, Mayonnaise, and Parmesan
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix well
- Put into buttered baking dish
- Add seasoned bread crumbs
- Dot with Butter
- Bake for 30 minutes
