Ingredients
Ingredient | Amount | Notes |

Butter | 3 Tbsp | |
Flour | 4 Tbsp | White or Whole Wheat |
Milk | 1¼ cups | |
Sharp Cheese | ¾ cups | Grated |
Eggs | 3 | Whites and yolks separated |
Paprika | Dash | Use Paprika or Red Pepper, not both |
Red Pepper | Dash | Use Paprika or Red Pepper, not both |
Salt | Pinch |
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Butter mold
- Separate eggs whites from yolks
- Grate Cheese
- Mix butter, flour, and milk
- Cook to a cream sauce
- Add cheese
- Add Egg Yolks one at a time
- Add Salt and Papprika or Red Pepper
- Beat Egg whites stiff and fold in
- Transfer to butter mold
- Put mold in oven over water
- Bake 20 minutes or until done
