Ingredients

Eggs    
Salt    
Butter    
Mustard   Prepared Mustard
Worcestershire Sauce    
Seasoned Salt    
Pepper    
Onion Salt    
Curry a little  
Red Pepper dash  
Mayonnaise   For consistency
Wine Vinegar a little  
Paprika    
Pimento - Olive   Optional - may substitute for Paprika as garnish

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes
  2. Peel eggs
  3. Split eggs lengthwise
  4. Remove yolks from whites and put yolks into a bowl
  5. Lightly salt whites
  6. Mash yolks using a fork
  7. Mash in a chunk of butter to the yolks
  8. Add Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Seasoned Salt and Pepper, Onion Salt, a little Curry, and a dash of red pepper
  9. Mix well
  10. Add mayonnaise for consistency
  11. Add a little wine vinegar
  12. Fill egg whites using yolk mixture
  13. Allow to stand for 2 hours
  14. Garnish with a dash of Paprika or a thin slice of pimento-olive before serving
