Worcestershire Sauce | ||
Seasoned Salt | ||

Mayonnaise | For consistency | |
Wine Vinegar | a little | |
Paprika | ||
Pimento - Olive | Optional - may substitute for Paprika as garnish |
Method
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes
- Peel eggs
- Split eggs lengthwise
- Remove yolks from whites and put yolks into a bowl
- Lightly salt whites
- Mash yolks using a fork
- Mash in a chunk of butter to the yolks
- Add Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Seasoned Salt and Pepper, Onion Salt, a little Curry, and a dash of red pepper
- Mix well
- Add mayonnaise for consistency
- Add a little wine vinegar
- Fill egg whites using yolk mixture
- Allow to stand for 2 hours
- Garnish with a dash of Paprika or a thin slice of pimento-olive before serving
