| Mushrooms | 12 oz fresh or 8oz can | |
| Flour | 1 Tbsp | |
| Sherry | 1 Tbsp | |
| Sour Cream | 1 cup | |
| Onions | 2 Tbsp | Chopped - Use onions or Chives |
| Chives | 2 Tbsp | Chopped - Use onions or Chives |
| Ham | 2 cups | Cooked and cubed |
| Peas | 2 cups peas + carrots total | |
| Carrots | 2 cups peas + carrots total |
Method
- Melt butter
- Saute onions
- Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
- Add flour and cook 2 minutes
- Stir in ham and vegetables
- Season to taste
- Add sherry and sour cream
- Heat gently
- Serve
