Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Ground Ham 2 lbs Smoked
Eggs 4 Beaten
Milk 2 cups  
Onion 1 small minced
Prepared Mustard 2 Tbsp  
Processes Cheese Spread 8 oz jar  
White Wine ⅓ cup  

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. grease 8 inch square pan
  3. Mince onion
  4. Beat eggs
  5. Mix together ham, eggs, milk, onion, and mustard
  6. Pour into greased pan
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until firm to the touch in the center
  8. In a saucepan hear cheese spread and white wine
  9. Cut ham mixture into squares
  10. Cover squares with sauce
