Ingredients

Lobster Meat | 3/4 lb | Cooked and Ground |
Onion | 2 Tbsp | Minced |
Eggs | 2 | Beaten |
Salt | 1/2 tsp | |
Black Pepper | Freshly Ground | |
Corn Meal | 3/4 cup | Yellow Cirn Meal |
Method
- Heat Cooking oil to 375F in deep frier or in a large pot on stovetop
- Cook and grind lobster if making from fresh
- Mince onion
- Beat eggs
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Shape into balls
- Roll in corn meal
- Fry in a basket for 3 minutes
- Drain
