Ingredients

Bacon Bits | 1/2 cup | should be crisp |
Celery | 1/2 cup | finely chopped |
Apple | 1/2 medium | Diced fine |
Cream Cheese | 3 oz | 3 oz used to be a standard “small” brick of Cream Cheese |
Mayonnaise | ||
Chopped Nuts |
Method
- Cook to crisp, cool, and crumble bacon into bits if making bacon bits from scratch
- Soften Cream cheese
- Dice apple
- Finely chop celery
- Mix in bacon, celery, and Apple
- Add mayonnaise until mixture holds together
- Shape into small balls
- Roll in chopped nuts
Notes
- serve on tooth picks
