Onion | 1/2 cup | Finely Chopped |
Chili Sauce | 1/4 cup | |
Horseradish | 2 tsp | |
Worcestershire Sauce | 1 tsp | |
Salt | 1 1/4 tsp | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Accent | 1/4 tsp | This is MSG, sold as Ac’cent today |
Prepared Mustard | 2 tsp | |
Bread | 1 loaf | Fresh |
Method
- Preheat Broiler
- Split Bread lengthwise
- Butter both halves
- Combine other ingredients and mix lightly
- Pile mixture 1/2 inch thick to edges of bread halves
- Broil 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes or until done
- Cut into each halve into thirds or quarters for serving
