Mayonnaise | ||
Tomatoes | Sliced | |

Bacon |
Method
- Preheat Broiler
- Fill broiler pan with as many slices as will fit
- Borwn (toast) lightly on one side in broiler
- Take out and spread Mayonnaise on untoasted side
- Cover with sliced tomatoes
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Add cheese slice
- Add about 3 haf-slices of bacon
- Put back under boriler - not too close
- Brown bacon
- Turn bacon pieces over and brown until done
