Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Bacon 1/2 lb  
Vinegar 3/4 cup  
Eggs 2 well beaten
White Potatoes 12  
Salt To taste  
Pepper To Taste  
Celery   Finely sliced
Celery Seed    
Onion 1 large cut very fine

Method

  1. Cut Bacon into small pieces
  2. Fry slightly
  3. Stir in vinegar
  4. Beat egss well and add
  5. Let sit until mixture thickens
  6. Boil potatoes in salted water
  7. Let potatoes cool enough to handle
  8. Slice potatoes
  9. Add salt to taste and plenty of pepper
  10. Finely slice cleery and add to potatoes
  11. Slice onion very fine and add to potatoes
  12. Add bacon mixture

Notes

  • Serve hot or cold
