Cayenne | dash | |
Water | 2 Tbsp | |
Vinegar | 2 Tbsp | |
Mayonnaise | 6 Tbsp | |
Eggs | 3 | Hard Boiled - sliced |
Celery | 1 cup | Chopped fine |
Parsley | 1/8 cup | minced |
Pimento Olives | 12 | sliced |
Prepared Mustard | 1 tsp | |
Worcestershire Sauce | Few dashes |
Method
- Cook Potatoes
- Peel and slice
- Mince onion, add to potatoes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Set aside
- Blend Water, Vinegar, and Mayonnaise
- Toss with potatoes and chill
- Hard Boil eggs and slice
- Chop celery fine
- Mince parsely
- Slice olives
- Add Eggs, Celery, Parsely, Olives, Mustard, and a few dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Add additional Mayonnaise if needed for consistency
