For Dressing
| Ingredient | Amount | Notes | | ————- | ——- | —– | | Orange Juice | 2 Tbsp | Frozen Concentrate - thawed | | Salt | 3/4 Tsp | | | Sugar | 1/2 Tsp | | | Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp | | | Tabasco Sauce | 1/2 tsp | | | Mayonnaise | 1/2 cup | | | Sour Cream | 1/2 cup | |
Method
- Section grapefruit and oranges
- Halve strawberries if using
- Ball melon if bought whole
- Halve Pineapple lengthwise through green top
- Remove center of Pineapple, leaving two hollow bowls
- Cut removed Pineapple into cubes
- Mix Pineapple cubes with other fruit
- Arrange fruit salad in two Pineapple halves
- Mix together dressing ingredients except for Mayonaiise and Sour Cream
- Blend dressing mixture into Mayonnaise
- Fold in sour cream
- Serve dressing with Fruit Salad
