Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Lemon Jello 3oz pkg  
Hot Water 1 cup  
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup  
Pimento Cream Cheese 5 oz  
Milk 1/2 cup Recipe calls for “rich milk” presumably whole milk
Onion 1 Tbsp Grated
Celery 1/2 cup Finely cut
Seasoned Salt 1/4 Tsp  
Pepper 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Green Pepper 2 Tbsp Diced
Eggs 3 Hard Boiled - Diced
Tuna 14 oz Recipe calls for two 7oz size cans of tuna
Lettuce   For serving

Method

  1. Hard Boil eggs and let them cool
  2. Grate Onion
  3. Finely cut celery
  4. Dice Green Pepper and Hard Boiled Eggs
  5. Mix Jello and Hot Water
  6. Let jell slightly
  7. Mix together Mayonnaise, Pimento Cream Cheese, and Milk. Add to Jello
  8. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to Jello mixture
  9. Pour into mold
  10. Chill several hours
  11. Turn mold out onto lettuce
