Pimento | 1 small jar | Diced |
Cream Cheese | 8 oz | |

Green Pepper | 2 Tbsp | Diced |
Celery | 1/2 cup | Diced |
Half + Half | 1/2 cup | |
Mayonnaise | 1/4 cup | |
Eggs | 3 | Hard boiled - Cut up |

Method
- Hard boil eggs, allow to cool
- Cut up eggs
- Mince onion
- Dice Green Pepper and Celery
- Add hot water to Jello and allow to jell slightly
- Mix together Mayonnaise, Cream Cheese, and Milk
- Add all ingredients except for jello to the mixture
- Add mixture to jello
- Pour into mold
- Chill several hours or overnight
