Ingredients

Hot Water 1 cup  
Chunk Tuna 14 oz Recipe calls for two 7 oz cans
Pimento 1 small jar Diced
Cream Cheese 8 oz  
Onion 1 Tbsp Minced
Green Pepper 2 Tbsp Diced
Celery 1/2 cup Diced
Half + Half 1/2 cup  
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup  
Eggs 3 Hard boiled - Cut up
Salt 1/4 tsp  

Method

  1. Hard boil eggs, allow to cool
  2. Cut up eggs
  3. Mince onion
  4. Dice Green Pepper and Celery
  5. Add hot water to Jello and allow to jell slightly
  6. Mix together Mayonnaise, Cream Cheese, and Milk
  7. Add all ingredients except for jello to the mixture
  8. Add mixture to jello
  9. Pour into mold
  10. Chill several hours or overnight
