Wine Vinegar | ||
Artichoke Hearts | ||
Marinated Greek Olives | ||
Croutons | ||
Egg | Chopped - [presumably hard boiled first] | |
Ground Pepper |
Method
- Tear lettuce into large bowl
- Slice cucumber and add to bowl
- Chop onion or scallions and add to bowl
- Add oil, and garlic salt
- Add vinegar
- Add artichoke hearts and olives
- Add croutons
- Toss if desired
- Sprinkle chopped egg overall
- Grind pepper on top
