Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Lettuce    
Cucumber 1 Sliced
Red Onion 1 Chopped
Scallions   Optional - May substitute for Onion
Oil    
Garlic Salt    
Wine Vinegar    
Artichoke Hearts    
Marinated Greek Olives    
Croutons    
Egg   Chopped - [presumably hard boiled first]
Ground Pepper    

Method

  1. Tear lettuce into large bowl
  2. Slice cucumber and add to bowl
  3. Chop onion or scallions and add to bowl
  4. Add oil, and garlic salt
  5. Add vinegar
  6. Add artichoke hearts and olives
  7. Add croutons
  8. Toss if desired
  9. Sprinkle chopped egg overall
  10. Grind pepper on top
