Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Asparagus 2 boxes  
Cheese 1/2 lb Velveeta, American, or Cheddar
Butter 2/3 cup Melted
Salt To Taste  
Cayenne Few grains  

Method

  1. Cook asparagus as directed
  2. Drain asparagus and transfer to greased shallow pan
  3. Sprinkle cheese on asparagus
  4. Melt butter and pour over cheese
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Add Cayenne
  7. Put under broiler until cheese browns slightly
