Eggs | 2 | |
Salt | 1 tsp | |
Pepper | 1/8 tsp | |
Cornstarch | 1 Tbsp | |
Flour | 2 Tbsp | Optional - May substitute for Cornstarch |
Sugar | 2 Tbsp | |
Butter | 2 Tbsp | Melted |
Milk | 1 1/2 cups | |
Sherry | 1 1/2 oz | Recipe called fopr 1 jigger |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease baking dish
- Melt butter
- Mix together all ingredients and pour into baking dish
- Set baking dish into pan of hot water
- Bake about 1 1/4 hour
- Done when a knife comes out clean
