Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Crushed Corn 1 can  
Fresh Corn 5 cups Optional - May substitute for canned corn
Eggs 2  
Salt 1 tsp  
Pepper 1/8 tsp  
Cornstarch 1 Tbsp  
Flour 2 Tbsp Optional - May substitute for Cornstarch
Sugar 2 Tbsp  
Butter 2 Tbsp Melted
Milk 1 1/2 cups  
Sherry 1 1/2 oz Recipe called fopr 1 jigger

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease baking dish
  3. Melt butter
  4. Mix together all ingredients and pour into baking dish
  5. Set baking dish into pan of hot water
  6. Bake about 1 1/4 hour
  7. Done when a knife comes out clean
