Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Noodles 1/2 lb Medium Noodles
Sour Cream 1 cup  
Flour 1 Tbsp  
Milk 1 cup  
Italian Beans 9 oz Frozen
Olives 1/3 cup Ripe Olives - Chopped
Salt 3/4 tsp  
Pepper 1/4 tsp  
Basil 1/2 tsp  
Butter   For casserole dish
Cheese 1 cup Swiss or Cheddar - Grated
Paprika 1/2 tsp  

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Butter Casserole dish
  3. Cook Noodles in salted water
  4. Separately cook Beans
  5. Drain noodles and beans keeping them separate
  6. In a large mixing bowl, blend Sour cream, flour, and milk
  7. Stir beans into mixing bowl
  8. Chop olives and stir into mixture
  9. add salt, pepper and basil, again stirring in
  10. Add cooked noodles and mix
  11. Turn mixture out into buttered casserole dish
  12. Sprinkle with Cheese and Paprika
  13. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
