Baked Noodles + Green Beans

Sour Cream | 1 cup | |
Flour | 1 Tbsp | |
Milk | 1 cup | |
Italian Beans | 9 oz | Frozen |
Olives | 1/3 cup | Ripe Olives - Chopped |
Salt | 3/4 tsp | |
Pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
Basil | 1/2 tsp | |
Butter | For casserole dish | |
Cheese | 1 cup | Swiss or Cheddar - Grated |
Paprika | 1/2 tsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Butter Casserole dish
- Cook Noodles in salted water
- Separately cook Beans
- Drain noodles and beans keeping them separate
- In a large mixing bowl, blend Sour cream, flour, and milk
- Stir beans into mixing bowl
- Chop olives and stir into mixture
- add salt, pepper and basil, again stirring in
- Add cooked noodles and mix
- Turn mixture out into buttered casserole dish
- Sprinkle with Cheese and Paprika
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
