Sharp Cheese | 1/2 lb | Cut fine |
Onions | 5 med | Sliced Thin |
Rice | 6 Tbsp | Uncooked |
Hot Water | 1/2 cup | |
Stuffed Olives | 1 Small bottle | Including Juice |
Bacon Drippings | 1 Tbsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Thinly slice onions
- Cut cheese finely if not pre-shredded
- Combine all ingredients in Casserole dish
- Cover
- Bake 45 minutes, stirring several times
- Remove cover for last 15 minutes to brown and set

- Good with fried chicken
